Please note that all plans are Pre-Paid and will get charged at the start of every new billing cycle, unless you register for "Deactivation" before the end of your current billing cycle. A billing cycle ends when, either the included allowed usage gets over or the validity gets over.
Whenever your included allowed usage nears the limit and your available balance dips below the alert level of $10.00, the system goes for plan renewal. In this case, any available unused balance gets rolled over to the next cycle.
Whenever the duration of your plan validity gets over, the system goes for plan renewal. In this case, any available unused balance gets lapsed and is not rolled over to the next cycle.
If you have requested a plan change during a billing cycle, it will become effective from next plan renewal, whenever it happens.
* Per Dictator: This is a pre-paid charge applicable per dictator at end of every billing cycle or 30 days, which ever occurs earlier. The Per Dictator Per Cycle/Month Charge is also levied in advance at the time of new dictator service allocation, reallocation of service to existing dictator(s). From our customer web portal, you can remove a service allocation for any dictator with immediate effect.
